House Rules – Studio IDP1103 (ID Paraíso)
To ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay, please observe and respect the following guidelines:
1. Access to the apartment and the building
Only guests registered in the reservation are allowed to enter the building and the apartment. Visitors are not permitted. The reception operates 24 hours a day, and the building is monitored by security cameras. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a fine equivalent to the total reservation amount.
2. Submission of documents for check-in
For security reasons and compliance with condominium regulations, it is mandatory to send an official photo ID for all guests in advance. Check-in cannot be completed without the prior submission of these documents.
3. Ventilation and window care
Keep the space ventilated by opening the windows for at least 15 minutes daily. For safety reasons, always close the windows before leaving the apartment or in case of rain.
4. Waste disposal before check-out
Proper waste disposal is mandatory before check-out. Guests must collect all trash from the apartment and dispose of it in the designated areas.
In the bathroom, there are bags for organic waste. The bin next to the home office desk is lined with a black plastic bag, where organic kitchen waste can also be discarded.
A green plastic bag is provided in the kitchen drawer for the disposal of recyclable materials such as paper, plastic, metal, and glass.
The waste disposal area (organic and recyclable) is located on the ground floor, opposite the reception, in a room with separate bins for each type of waste.
5. Community rules and common area use
In the gym, please maintain hygiene and return weights, mats, and other equipment to their designated places after use.
In the pool area, consuming food or beverages is not allowed. Carrying glass bottles or any breakable or sharp objects is also prohibited, even outside the water.
Respect residents, other guests, staff, and service providers in the condominium’s common areas.
6. Penalties
Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in appropriate measures and, in severe cases, cancellation of the reservation.
